The Kenson Highways team recently took a hands-on approach to accessibility by experiencing cycling at our Olympic Park works using Santander Cycle Hire. This provided valuable insight into the cyclist’s perspective, allowing our team to assess and refine our interventions.
Following the ride, we walked the site to identify and address barriers to access, making several key adjustments along the way. A big thank you to Michael Barratt and all at Kenson Westfield for their commitment to continuous improvement.
Looking ahead, we have planned a series of initiatives focused on disability awareness in the workplace, traffic management design, White Ribbon support, and sustainable construction practices.
A great example of our team’s dedication to considerate, collaborative working—we’re excited to push this partnership forward!
